browserenum-dev.rb error

Hi Carlos,

I've found a bug in your browserenum-dev script you may like to know about.
Here's the output against a XP SP3 machine. I believe I got the same error yesterday running against Win 7 Ultimate. 
Both machines are running IE 8 and the error breaks the script, so no goodies can be gotten (the win 7 machine has 
latest firefox and chrome installed too).

running script browserenum-dev.rb
