I just added a SP3 target, svn up and set TARGET 3. That is a weird
payload to use - try windows/meterpreter/reverse_tcp instead.

You may find Metasploit easier to demo if you keep an unpatched version
of the OS around in a VM. For example, them ms08-067 exploit works great
against most versions of Windows XP SP3.
