You need to install lorcon and ruby-lorcon:

1. Install lorcon 
$ svn co https://802.11ninja.net/svn/lorcon/trunk/ lorcon
$ cd lorcon
$ ./configure --prefix=/usr && make && sudo make install


2. Install ruby-lorcon:
$ cd msf3/external/ruby-lorcon/
$ ruby extconf.rb # requires ruby-dev
$ make
$ sudo make install
