Works for me. Though I am using a different exploit and a windows msf client.

Are you running the Windows prepackaged release or Linux with ruby?

Are using the latest trunk? Line 222 is different on my box to yours...

222: p['StatBuf'] ? p['StatBuf'].prettymode : '',

Did meterpreter load the stdapi correctly?

'use stdapi'

You could 'execute -f cmd -i' to use a cmd shell :)
