Metasploit Framework Updates (Jan-31-2006)

Hi guys,
I want to test this but is there a available manual on how to exploit a
machine using this tool, A guy show this meta exploit once in a demo long
time ago but not that detailed, Please help me on this one. sorry for my
sentence but I hope you can understand me, english is not my native language
Please help.
