ICF Question

hi

i have one target machine with XP service pack 1 install , i see its port 
135 and 139 open by scanning.This machine has no patches installed on it 
thats confrim but its as ICF(internet connection Firewall) on is there any 
way to connect to this machine by passing ICF.
Reverse handles Exits without connecting and displaying any other msg.
