Michael Logan, 34, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in San Francisco Friday to sending the e-mail which purported to be from a named employee of CHW and contained insulting statements about that person and other CHW employees, according to the United States Attorney's Office for Northern California. The maximum penalty he faces is one year in prison and a fine of $100,000, plus restitution.
