I very much enjoy how our intelligence community has lost all sight of
the value of including some discussion of "intent" in its analysis of
threats. This is so ridiculous. Tell me something I don't know. Tell
me that you know Castro is about to do this. A monkey could tell me
that he has the capability. Another example of fear-based testimony by
somebody with a vested budgetary interest in promoting such fear.

WASHINGTON -- These must be jittery times for anyone in the military
who uses the Internet.

Not only do they have to guard against Love Bug worms and security
holes in Microsoft Outlook -- now they've got to worry about Fidel
Castro hacking into their computers.

Admiral Tom Wilson, head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, says the
74-year-old communist dictator may be preparing a cyberattack against
the United States.
