For IP, if you want it.

The number of customers Aerea is a very well kept secret. Rumor has it that never raised above the double digits,
because of quite bad signal strength indoors as well as abominable upload speeds & latency. Wimax was never rolled
out to more than the city centre of Amsterdam.

However, already in February this year former Aerea CEO Van der Vlist stated that she no longer believed in WiMax.

[english version]

Dear Customer

We are very sorry to inform you that we had to decide to end our networking services as of the 1st of August this
year. The “aerea” service will come to a close. However Worldmax will continue providing service until that date.

At the close of 2009 the Dutch government informed Worldmax that the Department of Defense had experienced
interference from the wireless network in Amsterdam. In the interest of national security our license for wireless
internet communication would be severely restricted. This has led to a court case at the end of last year. Parties
however have agreed to settle out of court.

As a result of this settlement Worldmax does not have the original potential of its license at its disposal anymore,
and therefore cannot implement its plans for the Netherlands. This leaves us with no other option then to close the
network.

July 2010 will be our last month of operations. We are currently engaged in conversation with parties which may be
able to offer you a comparable service. However this will put you under no obligation. You are free to sign any
contract with any other provider, if so desired.

The collection of fees for the month of July has taken place this 16th of June. We will not collect any more fees.
You may have agreed to a longer period of service in order to receive a free dongle or modem. Worldmax releases you
from this obligation.

You can send the dongle or modem back without cost to “BNS, Antwoordnummer 42, 4100 VP Vianen”. After the close of
the network our helpdesk will continue to be available for questions and support for another two weeks. This will be
from the 2nd until the 16th of August from 9 in the morning till 12 at noon.

We are sorry to have to end our service and we thank you for the trust you gave us as your provider.

With kind regards

Keimpe Algra
Director
