Sorry about the blank note. This is the same for me and all the folks at my company -- no antenna problems, most of 
us have proximity sensor hypersensitivity. 

Fwiw: the sensor is on the face (of course) just to the right of the ear speaker. You can test it by calling a phone 
number and then just poking at it with your finger while the call is active.

Btw I have found no reception issues with my iPhone 4 with or without a case. I do find a face proximity problem 
infrequently
