Hi.

I don't know if its been pointed out before, but this is about 40  
hours of MPEG2 HD or about 61 hours of ~MPEG4 HD hours of programming  
per month (assuming of 13 Mbps average MPEG2 rate or 9 Mbps average  
MPEG4 [AVC, etc.] rate) for downloads.  This has implications for very  
legitimate uses, at least, in the context of subscription or pay-per- 
view services delivering content to subscribers via the Internet.
