Dear Dave:

I thought the folks on IP might be interested in this article. In
addition to discussing the case for impeachment, Francis Boyle
discusses why impeachment proceedings are not in process and are not
likely to happen anytime soon, despite the existence of a draft
impeachment resolution at the House Judiciary Committee. The answer
is, frankly, devastating to any notion of a federated democratic
republic.

Law Prof. Francis A. Boyle on Impeachment

Professor Boyle argues for the use of impeachment to remove
Bush, Cheney, Gonzales and Rumsefeld before they can take us
into another war in Iran and farther along into an American
        police state.
