Netflix, Inc. was settled back in September, there were plenty of people who were less than pleased, but what could they do? The settlement was scheduled to go before the Hon. Thomas J. Mellon of the San Francisco Superior Court on January 18, 2006, and it was widely expected that he would sign off on it without objection.
