There's nothing in any of the stories I've seen to suggest that it was
leaked.  The NY Times, for example, says that the allegation was in a
"document filed by a federal prosecutor".  The AP used similar
language.  The Wall Street Journal is even more explicit: "In a Jan. 23
letter, released as part of a court filing by Mr. Libby's defense team".
