Over the next 18 months I will be involved with IPA (Information
Promotion Agency)'s project called Mitou project designed to help
produce world class young programmers. I am the only current non
Japanese involved as a "Program Manager" but in the past Alan Kay also
served.

Here is the information now available, but mainly Japanese, but if you
follow links from my name (if linked, some pages have no link) you will
find the relevant text.
