It's a patent for what appears to be warp-drive. The bloody abstract reads like it was lifted directly from a Star Trek script. But golly, I can't imagine why I think of using "quantized vortices of lattice ions projecting a gravitomagnetic field that forms a spacetime curvature anomaly." It's not clear if the "inventor" is crazy, pulling a hoax, or both.
