I wish my government was as concerned about protecting us from guns. I am
sure that the number of children shot in gun accidents, or worse,
intentionally, far exceed the number of children abducted by a parent.

reach of US law, it is important for someone to eyeball the parents,
both parents, and make sure they're both OK with the possibility that
