   UN (United Nations) and ITU (International Telecommunications Union)
   commissioned a WSIS (World Summit on the Information Society)  
which in turn
   commissioned a Working Group on Internet Governance (WGIG). Their  
reports
   published in July 2005 will be cause for controversy...
