It is available for free to anyone who wants to download it (or one can purchase the book version). Unlike anything else available on the topic, it provides a compendium of historical information, technical details, and reasoned analysis about alternative courses of policy by a very broad group of experts representing and considering a wide range of viewpoints. They agreed on some things and not on others- and the report details why. Early reader feedback has encouraged us to get the word out to more folks who are attending to the recent WGIG report and the upcoming WISIS deliberations. We have created a "summary brochure" highlighting the report contents and taking one to the download site. It is at: http://www.cstb.org/dns/signpost.html This is to ask anyone who has an interest to take a look and also to spread the word by asking that this link be added to any other sites where interested readers may be. We are also interested in reader reactions and in knowing who has linked to the site. Best, Chuck Charles N.
