The company is expected to appeal the decision, which came after nearly 26 hours of testimony about the package. Last night's vote formalizes the board's objections to the 10-year renewal license deal, which the town has portrayed as a one-size-fits-all agreement. Comcast customers in Framingham will continue to receive cable service despite the vote. ... The board's denial may be unprecedented in the history of Massachusetts cable.
