Wonder what bonuses SBC management gets djf

A good question, and one that's easily answered from the annual proxy
documents filed with the SEC in March.

In 2002, CEO Ed Whitacre got a salary of $2.1 million, bonus of $4
million, other compensation of $523K, and stock option payouts of $1.8
million. Recently hired president William Daley got $612K salary,
$809K bonus, and a one-time $1M signing bonus. Former group president
and COO Stanley Sigman got $912K salary, $921K bonus, $239K option
payout, and a $5M "Retention Benefit" from majority owned affiliate
Cingular Wireless, which he now runs.

I'll skip the rest, but let's say that the rest of SBC management
isn't exactly underpaid, either.
