Of course, the piece had to focus on who was doing _cleanup_ as opposed to the ongoing polluteres, but it was something. And at that point, one or two chip companies were actually talking about maybe thinking about possibly considering potentially <rueful grin> using biodegradable and nontoxic solvents, mostly citrus-based as my hazy memory recalls. Nonetheless, we had to fight like hell to get it into the magazine. The Silicon Valley Toxics Coalition has been fighting this fight for a couple of decades now.
