It is now reduced to filling weekend evenings, often, with infomercials that hyp very questionable stuff and offer , for inflated prices books and tapes on these "offerings" One can , I guess, be thankful that they are not running frying pan infomercials but even they might be better. That is not why public television was created and why they were assigned prime TV channels. My attempts to talk with those folks has drawn complete silence. I have no idea whether there is a route to formally protest but rest assured I will attempt to protest when their license is up for renewal.
