Pursuant to last week's Court order, this afternoon Microsoft will make
available the depositions of Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer and Microsoft Group
Vice President Jim Allchin.

 

Written Copies

The written version of the depositions, which have been redacted to comply
with the protective order, can be accessed through our PressPass site at
4:15pm EST(1:15pm PST).

VideoCopies

Video copies of the deposition are available in a number of ways.

 

Excerpts of the Ballmer testimony will be available for viewing only at the
