Dave,

Thought some of your readers might be interested in a piece I recently 
wrote for the American Spectator (now owned by George Gilder) on the state 
of information technology at the FBI. If the agency were more ept in 
managing the information it already has, there would be far less need to 
encroach on civil liberties.
