The notices look like bills (though, in the fine print, they admit that they are not) and are clearly intended to fool clerical staff into paying them, thereby transferring the domain registration to the company. While the notice claims that the firm offers "new lower prices," its prices are in fact higher than those of many other registrars. Have other folks on the IP list received this firm's red, white, and blue notices? Is the FTC aware of this deceptive practice? --Brett Glass
