Much of what happened in the United States on September 11, and is 
happening now, was forecast almost three years ago in a book by two Chinese 
colonels. This new kind of all-out war is being waged by Osama bin Laden, 
and the West has been caught napping. Indeed, writes Francesco Sisci, in 
this war words can count as much as bullets, and the West has already shot
