I think it would be interesting to see how this changed the landscape in this particularcase. Methinks having to discuss in front of a judge the nature of 'sufficient contact' to meet long-arm statutes so they could get a subpoena for someone incanada or france, that should give everyone pause to think just how ludicrous thesituation is. Just a thought...
