Today's Wall Street Journal has a long, front-page article on the tragic
end of Phil Katz, founder of  PKWare (PKZIP). Mr. Katz, 37, was found
dead on April 14 in a Milwaukee hotel, apparently from the effects of
long-term abuse of alcohol. He was a 1984 computer science graduate of
the University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee).
