The story ends with note that 800 of Taxi Stockholms cars had prblems
with their taxi meters on new years night. Hundreds of trips were
incorrectly billed, often in the customers favor. These problems cost
the company hundreds of thousands of krona.

More interesting is that the new passport registration system did not
work and that the postal services giro system was not working correctly.
