Concerning the release of travel information, consider the 
following:  The government now *requires* that you use your
real name, and show government ID, when traveling via air in
the US, even domestic flights.  Given that it is a government 
requirement that you furnish this data, and there is no legal 
way around it, then the decision of the travel industry players
to release this information might be viewed as releasing government
furnished data.  Certainly this "catch 22" situation should be 
brought to the attention of everyones government reps, since the
only way to prevent this kind of data release is to simply not 
fly, due completely to government action.
