IP: Request for contact

I am getting annoyed over dealing with Sprint PCS and would like to talk
with some person in authority prior to sending out my experiences with them
to IP in my report  on the Q-phone and Sprint I promised real soon.


I would like to see if they mean well and am just locally incompetent or
what. That way I can also include their side.


So, anyone know a good senior level contact at Sprint PCS?
