ATLANTA, Georgia -- U.S. spy satellites may be strong enough to zero-in on a
license plate, but are they as good as a psychic?


Jimmy Carter told a group of college students Wednesday that the CIA turned
to a psychic during his presidency to locate a U.S. plane that crashed in
Zaire. Satellites couldn't find the wreckage, but the psychic went into a
trance, then gave the CIA the latitude and longitude where the plane was
found.
