Mosaic Communications Corp. Adopts New Name                    Nov. 14, 1994

  Mountain View, Calif. -- Don't expect to find Mosaic Communications in the
phone book anymore. The company, founded by James Clark and Marc Andreessen,
is now Netscape Communications Corp.


  The name change, announced today comes only weeks after the University of
Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, began agressively distributing reminders that
NCSA Mosaic was protected by trademark.
