I personally think it of some import to establish whether Shapiro's
conjecture is correct or not.  His basis for compromise lies in
reading words vs his personal knowledge of Dorothy.  It's easy to
resolve this; as moderator of interesting people, you should ask DD to
confirm or deny.  Did she, or did she not, write the paragraphs that
Shapiro singles out?


You may wish to handle this personally with her and simply post a msg
stating your convictions about Shapiro's conjecture?
