MS04-011, Nessus, and SPAM flood

TO ALL, 

Has anyone noticed that systems patched with the
MS04-011 hotfixes are still showing up as vulnerable
to RPC (port 455/TCP) exploits? Anyone have an idea as
to why this is happening. I have scanned with new
nessus "signatures" in the last 30 minutes and a
patched system still appears to be vulnerable.

We saw a huge flood of spam over the weekend.
