Grzegorz,

First off, there's no indication that there's a Trojan
Explorer at all.

Second, the link you provided isn't to a Trojan
Explorer.exe...it's to a file called "explorer.exe"
that installs in an entirely different location.

Also, if you haven't done it already, you could try
to run some anti-trojan program such as Ad-aware
which check the system for spywares, trojans, etc.
installed on your system.

I'm not very good in system protection and dealing
with trojans, so I don't know if it will be of any
help.
