isakmp before smtp?

Hi,

ever seen this? You get Mail [of course it was spam] and some
seconds before the MTA tried to connect to 500/udp.
So I did a telnet MTA on port 25 and yet again more isakmp
packets. What hidden &^%*&^%* is this?
If you want to reproduce the effect: 62.157.90.194
