If you search the INCIDENTS list back to January or something, you will
find the thread related to some weird traffic which we have seen being
originated from *.daemon.co.uk routers. So far we came to conclusion that
some of their routers have certain missfunctionality (confirmed by some
dragon .co.uk tech. support team) and they may still have problems with
fixing it up. if it helps..
