sebek web interface question

Hey guys and gals, I was reading up on the Sebek web
interface and interested in using it.  I have read the
README file that is accompanied with the tool.  It
really doesn't mention how to access the web
interface.

If you have the sebek server listening on port 1101
and it is on the localhost.  Should we assume that the
web interface is accessed through 127.0.0.1:1101. 
Please keep in my mind that I have tried it yet but
just read up on it.
