When somebody connects to udp port 53 run the script $PWD/scripts/dnstool.py . Pipe input from network socket to script and output from script to network socket.

On first line with add: "./scripts/dnstool.py" -- I assume it is a python script. Where does it come from?
They come with honeyd or you could get them from http://www.honeyd.org/contrib.php
