MAC? WEBDAV? Apache?

All,
I have just returned from a conference that covered WebDav and Apache in the workflow
for a graphics production company.
Being very cautious as to opening a service up to the web, I was wondering if 
anyone had done a honeypot on this?
I know there is a DoS risk, amoung a few other risks.
Any suggestions?
how about OS X jaguar, with and without Apache?
Is there an archive somewhere with Apple results?
