After identifying the shooter who killed one person and injured two
others at Parkwest Medical Center Monday, police painted a picture of
a mentally disturbed and paranoid man.

“The suspect — through a note he left at his residence — indicated he
was upset with the doctor, thinking a chip had been placed inside of
him during his appendectomy,” Knoxville Police Chief Sterling Owen IV
said. “The suspect believed he was being tracked due to this chip.”

Agreed, this is not "fun".  However, were there chip-implanting "black
ops" out there somewhere experimenting with mind control via RFID (or
whatever), the very best subjects would be those who are already
paranoid.
