If it's only about language, it's not reasonable at all.  "com" isn't
English, "de" isn't German, "cat" probably isn't Catalan.  By that
reason, every ccTLD needs multiple additional TLDs (offical and
semi-official country name

(Poor FYROM.  There are '"'s in the country's official name, so it
can't be put into DNS even with IDNA.)

Not all languages use roman orthographies.  If Microsoft wants to have
a Chinese version of their site with chinese(microsoft).chinese(cn),
on what grounds do you get to insist that it should only be
chinese(microsoft).cn?
