Experience with AT&T web security services

At my company, web, email, and IM are necessary. Searching art,
promotional items, etc., done by many, many times in a day. From the
email standpoint we "whitelist" many on "lists" because of the field
we are in. We are looking into cloud security with AT&T and was
looking for any here that has experience with them. Pros and Cons
please.
