Fwiw we have T-Mobile as our corporate standard and find them to be
excellent.

Funny, I have them for three personal lines and they all equally suck.
Consistent dropped calls, even with full bars. Disconnected calls from
the system regularly, as in daily. You can call a phone number and
instead of getting who you dialed, you get a completely different phone
on the other end. Receiving calls of the same. Their customer service,
well, if you ever need a good laugh, just call them. They will tell you
whatever you need to hear, and then not deliver on a single thing,
except to promptly send you your bill.

We used Verizon where I worked and they were flawless for us. That is
where I intend to end up.

Go figure.

Alex

Jon, you have learned a lesson most of us have dealt with
already or are about to. Hopefully your experience will prevent some
other trusting IT guy from having to learn it as well.
I am pretty sure everyone reading this list has a great story
or three to tell about every provider under the sun.
Unfortunately, my personal experience with AT$T business made
working with T-Mobil seem like a pleasure. I hope you have a very
different and pleasurable story to tell us about your dealing with
AT$T.
Everyone have a great weekend away from the computer.
       Richard

Away from the computer? That's a good one! :-)
