For me, for example, they all have one major problem: they require use
of a Web interface, or a closed-source "application download" (which
wouldn't run for me even if I were willing to try it).

Or, at least, all the things of that ilk I've looked into do, and I've
never heard of one that doesn't.  (If there are some that don't I'd be
interested to hear.)

For other people, this isn't a problem at all.
