Phone fraud

A not-uncommon story.  However, I keep telling people:

a) We don't know enough about phone systems, and unlike most of the breaches 
we deal with phone fraud costs you real money, right now.

b) When you get hit and take the story to the telcos, the telcos, very profoundly, 
don't care.
