What the Constitution says on the matter is this: "No Person except a
natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of
the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of
President; neither
shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained
to the Age of thirty five Years, and been Fourteen Years a Resident
within the United States. "

Having been born on a US military base, McCain was, by right of birth, a
US citizen. Obviously it fits the requirements, which are a stupid rule
in any event.

I am not American and do not give hair nor hiney who wins the election
and
does not become president; however, this looks like someone trying to
force
an inappropriate technicality.  I expected something about Obama, but I
think the US military zones should not be exempt from the requirement
for
becoming president.  How silly to even investigate it.  It sounds so....
