Hm?  I don't see how she's "get[ting] to control the agenda".

Right.  And I think her purpose is nuts, so I think ignoring the point
she's trying to make is, as a society, is the most appropriate
response: treat her like any other petty thief.

Of course, given that it's already hit the media, it's probably too
late for that.
